Order Processing & Shipping
Once you place your order you will recieve an email stating that your order has been submitted successfully and is being processed by our fulfillment department. We process and ship thousands of orders everyday. MERCHANDISE (Hard Goods) will arrive within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your order confirmation.
LIVE PLANTS and SEEDLINGS are shipped to you based upon your geographic location and PLANTING ZONE TIME TABLE at your home or office and will be delivered by the U.S Postal Service or United Parcel Service.
